Lou is the founding partner and Director of Jackadder International. With over 30 years experience in senior ICT management roles, in both the government and commercial sectors, Lou brings a wealth of practical business and technology experience to client engagements.

His active involvement in the ICT industry, including as a Director on the national board of the Australian Information Industry Association, has also given Lou a deep insight and understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry.

Jack Radik - Photo Feb 2016Jack is a highly regarded consultant with over 18 years experience in providing independent strategic advice and assurance services to government agencies at the federal, state and territory level. He has successfully delivered a wide range of consulting assignments including the preparation of IT strategic plans, development of business cases for major technology projects and undertaking  reviews of IT projects and service delivery.

As a specialist in the Gateway methodology Jack has conducted over 40 Gateway and Gateway-like reviews for Federal, State and Territory Government agencies in Australia and New Zealand. He has also provided on-going assurance services for major agency programs and projects.

Nancy has a strong record of delivering transformational complex projects, specialising in program and organisational change management. Nancy’s skills and experience also include stakeholder management and engagement, business analysis and process improvement and risk consulting across both ICT and business operations for NT and Federal Government agencies.

These programs/ projects include software development/ configuration and implementation, ICT infrastructure transformation, organisational enterprise and functional reviews, program evaluation, security reviews and baselining system performance.

Barbara White – Principal Consultant User Experience



Barbara has a detailed understanding of the principles of User Experience and extensive experience in its application to the optimal design of digital solutions.

Barbara has also led research projects in a number of related areas including supervising Charles Darwin University ICT students in the redesign of the Department of Education’s website and the development of a virtual tour for the NT Administrator’s Office.
