Lou Martini – Director

Lou is the founding partner and Director of Jackadder International. With over 30 years experience in senior ICT management roles, in both the government and commercial sectors, Lou brings a wealth of practical business and technology experience to client engagements. His active involvement in the development of the ICT industry in Australia over many years has also given Lou a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry.

With a unique combination of business, technology and industry experience Lou is well qualified to help you realise your organisations business goals through the adoption of new and innovative technologies. Most recently Lou was engaged to conduct a business case review for an enterprise application for the Northern Territory Government.

Lou’s other passions include the environment, and a love of photography, which has provided the signature photos for our website.

Jack Radik – Principal Consultant, IT Assurance and Strategy

Jack is a highly regarded consultant with over 15 years experience in providing strategic advice and consulting services to government agencies at the federal and state level. He has successfully delivered a wide range of consulting assignments including the preparation of IT strategic plans, development of  business cases for major technology projects, reviews of IT projects and service delivery as well as strategic IT procurement including preparation of tenders and evaluation.

Jack’s specialises in Gateway reviews and is recognised for his focus on meeting the needs of government organisations through ongoing assurance of major programs and projects.

Geoff Black – Principal Consultant, Business Transformation

With a Master of Business and Technology, and significant experience in leading major business transformation programs, Geoff is well qualified to support your organisation in realising business value from your technology investments. His clarity of vision and success in delivering business outcomes at a program and project level are highly regarded by the organisations he has worked for.

Geoff’s background in business case development and IT portfolio delivery, including managing strategy and architecture and testing and change management functions, provides the practical experience required to lead your strategic program and project reviews.

 

Cliff McGregor – Principal Consultant, Program and Project Management

Cliff specialises in project health checks and post implementation reviews. He also assists organisations with the development of their Program Management Office standards. The focus of Cliff’s reviews is to ensure the lessons learned drive maturity into an organisations project management capability, enabling a high performance culture.

Cliff has a track record of managing difficult applications, infrastructure and engineering projects to successful completion, and of rescuing troubled projects. This provides Cliff with the pragmatic skills and experience required to help you ensure your projects have the solid foundation required to achieve a successful outcome.

John Hurt – Principal Consultant, Strategic ICT Sourcing and Procurement

John is an experienced Commercial Manager with a proven track record in structuring and negotiating new complex, and high value, technology deals. He has also developed and implemented commercial strategy, policy and process for a number of large companies and provided specialist commercial advice to executive management.

John’s rich background in business management, combined with his strong commercial skills and experience in managing complex IT contracts, makes him the ideal consultant to assist you with your strategic ICT procurement. From providing mentoring and specialist advice to your commercial management teams and executive, to assisting with the preparation and evaluation of tenders John is well placed to help your organisation achieve the optimal procurement outcome.

Dave Daniells – Principal Consultant, Enterprise and Solution Architecture

Dave is a highly regarded enterprise architect with significant experience in developing enterprise and solution architectures embracing business strategy, business process and information analysis, and application and technology planning. His architectural skills are complemented by his strong industry knowledge of the government, health and resource sectors.
